Paulo Accepts New Role as Club Technical

Warren County SC is embarking on a new chapter in our club's history by naming Paulo Barreto our club Technical Director.  In this role, Paulo will be responsible for ensuring that as a club we are developing our players and teams to play a possession style that encourages teams and players to keep the ball rather than booting it back to an opponent, make great passes to teammates to keep the other team chasing, play any position they are asked to play, and ultimately play with style and flair.
This style is absolutely the most fun to watch and our club's teams will be fun to watch, while continuing to be competitive on the field.  Paulo will be responsible for working with our other Directors to ensure a consistent message, consistent playing style on the field, and a consistent training methodology is used with every team in our club.  We are excited to have Paulo in this role and believe his passion for the game, his background as a professional soccer player in Brazil, and extensive coaching background makes him the perfect leader for our soccer spirit at Warren County SC.  Please join me in welcoming Paulo into this new role.

President Warren County SC

Paulo is quoted as saying, "I am excited about the opportunity to work with all the students at Warren County SC,  to teach them this unique Brazilian way of playing Futebol/Soccer.  I firmly believe that in order for our students to develop into great soccer players that the basics and fundamentals must be taught correctly at each stage.  It is with this intention that I look forward to helping all the boys and girls to develop into complete soccer players and watching our soccer school start to differentiate ourselves from other soccer clubs in the region."
