Responsibilities of a
League Director
1.
Scheduling of games, practices and field maintenance on fields assigned.
Schedules
must be submitted to the Board as well as changes as they occur.
2.
Overseeing draft and applying HAC Draft Policy.
3. Scheduling
of HAC Playoff Format (double elimination tournament) and rainouts.
4.
Overseeing maintenance and conditioning of division’s fields to keep in
playable condition.
5.
Coordinating and scheduling the selection of All-Stars and manager candidates
which must be submitted to the Board for approval.
6. Presenting to HAC Treasurer any and all monetary requests for approval, (tournament fees, ordering of equipment, etc.).
7.
Distribution of league standings and rescheduled games.
8.
Reporting to the HAC Board any incidents of misconduct which violates any of
the rules of conduct set by HAC.
9.
Distribution and/or presentment of trophies.
10.
Distribution and collection of assigned equipment and uniforms.
11.
Attendance of general monthly meeting to report on activities in your league.
12.
Furnish copies of schedules to all Board Members.
13. Attendance of HAC. Monthly meeting. (At least 1 director)
