Homer Softball serves females athletes ages 4-16. It is made up of a recreation program, part time travel Fire, and full time travel Heat. All of our programs focus on fundamentals and provide appropriate levels of competition for players at all different levels of development.
Recreation programs start at ages 4-6 with our Tee-Ball League. The Tee-ball League is co-ed and designed to introduce the game of softball. The Tee ball season runs May-June with practices/games on weekends (mainly Sundays, 9-11 & 10-12). Pinto is for ages 6-8, Mustang is for ages 9 & 10, Bronco is for ages 11 & 12, Pony is for ages 13 & 14 and Colt is for ages 15 & 16.
Recreation programs run April-June with an additional offering in most divisions of All-Stars in July. HAC has no fundraising commitments in our recreational programs. Other fees may apply (non-resdient, equipment, etc.). Please refer to on-line sign up section for complete pricing. Coaches are needed at every level!! Please consider signing up. T-Ball - Mustang level play Lockport and Lemont leagues. Some travel to other fields in required. Bronco - Colt will participate in the Frankfort League.
